STATEMENT OF TERMS
Effective Date: January 1, 2010
Freight/Availability
All shipments are F.O.B. Orlando, Florida. Full freight allowance are on shipments totaling $2,000.00+ Net Invoice (1 invoice, 1 shipment), within the continental United States. Allowance is to be based upon the lowest rate medium of transportation. Normal shipments will be via UPS Ground Service or best route, unless otherwise directed. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Contact Hydrotek to determine if additional shipping charges may apply. For product orders with special finishes, call for availability.
Quantity Discounts
For bids, quotes, and quantity discounts, please contact your local Hydrotek Representative or factory.
Payment Terms
Hydrotek’s payment terms are: Net 30 / No Discount, unless otherwise specified. A 1.5% monthly interest charge may be added to all past due invoices.
